Salary: $100,100 – $150,300 CAD

What you will do

• Lead multimedia programs from concept to delivery across product, brand, and thought leadership work.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists to translate business objectives into production plans.
• Direct live-action video production, including shot composition, camera operation, lighting, and audio capture.
• Oversee full post-production across editorial, motion graphics, color, and sound design.
• Build and maintain production workflows, intake processes, and asset management systems.
• Mentor and enable other team members to raise the creative quality across the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years in multimedia production and creative storytelling with a diverse portfolio.
• Hands-on proficiency in the full production lifecycle, from storyboarding to final delivery.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition), Final Cut Pro, or Logic Pro.
• Experience scaling output through the use of vendors and repeatable systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Must be based in Toronto or Vancouver to meet hybrid office requirements.
