Location: Must be based in British Columbia, Canada. Residents of Vancouver and the Lower Mainland can choose hybrid or in-studio options.

Salary: $1,200 - $1,400 CAD per week

What you will do

• Cut storyboard animatics to maintain pacing and show style.
• Use Temp SFX and Music to convey the feel of the final product.
• Collaborate closely with Lead Editors, other editors, and the production team.
• Maintain and update the production database using Shotgrid.
• Ensure timelines are up to date with the correct versions and audio.
• Organize and run dailies sessions and prepare sequence edits for client approval.

Requirements

• Prior experience in an Editorial role for Film, VFX, or Animation.
• Proficiency in editing using Adobe Premiere.
• Understanding of HD video formats, files, frame rates, and resolutions.
• Experience with file encoding/transcoding and knowledge of video codecs.
• Basic skills in Photoshop and Storyboard Pro.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and must have resided in BC as of December 31, 2025.
