What you will do

• Own the end-to-end production of high-impact performance video assets for global marketing campaigns.
• Design and optimize scalable video production workflows to enable rapid iteration and testing.
• Translate performance data and A/B testing results into actionable creative improvements.
• Develop and maintain modular creative systems, toolkits, and asset libraries.
• Mentor and guide other creatives on motion design, storytelling, and performance-driven practices.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Content teams to align execution with business goals.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in motion design, video production, or performance creative roles.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS).
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end production pipelines and large-scale campaign execution.
• Automate-first mindset with experience building scalable creative workflows.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
