What you will do

• Own and manage complex technical solutions to support various hirify.global environments.
• Collaborate with security, architects, and delivery teams to implement the right technical solutions.
• Contribute to the design and operational management of a secure, highly scalable 24/7 PaaS/SaaS platform.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the ecosystem to eliminate manual tasks.
• Drive agile delivery and continuous improvement while aligning with global IT processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid from Covent Garden or Milton Keynes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills within large, complex organizations.
• Expertise in CI/CD, microservices, infrastructure as code, containerization, and automation.
• Experience with synthetic monitoring tools such as NewRelic, Site24x7, or Pingdom.
• Proficiency with Azure Repos, Enterprise GitHub, or Bitbucket.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Apigee.

Nice to have

• Experience working with offshore or nearshore service providers.
• Knowledge of Acunetix, Azure Artifacts, Test Plans, or Jenkins.
• Deep experience with Azure Enterprise Cloud, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with SRE and chaos engineering principles.
• AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-204, or AZ-500 certifications.
