TL;DR

What you will do
- Own product features end-to-end from problem definition and user research to shipping and measurement.
- Collaborate with customers, clinical operators, and partners to translate needs into engineering problems.
- Develop full-stack services using C# / ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, and Azure.
- Integrate AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Copilot to accelerate development and rapid prototyping.
- Build LLM-powered features including RAG, agentic patterns, and prompt engineering with strict clinical guardrails.
- Define and instrument success metrics including adoption, latency, and error rates for all shipped features.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proven track record of owning at least one feature from idea through to measured production impact.
- Strong full-stack depth in C# / ASP.NET Core and a modern frontend framework (Vue.js, React, or Angular).
- Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and async messaging (Azure Service Bus).
- Proficiency with SQL Server and NoSQL stores such as Cosmos DB.
- Must be based in the US to align with healthcare system requirements and benefits.
Nice to have
- Experience with LLM evaluation disciplines (golden sets, LLM-as-judge, regression detection).
- Knowledge of production agent reliability, state management, and retry/fallback design.
