Product Engineer (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Own product features end-to-end from problem definition and user research to shipping and measurement.
• Collaborate with customers, clinical operators, and partners to translate needs into engineering problems.
• Develop full-stack services using C# / ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, and Azure.
• Integrate AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Copilot to accelerate development and rapid prototyping.
• Build LLM-powered features including RAG, agentic patterns, and prompt engineering with strict clinical guardrails.
• Define and instrument success metrics including adoption, latency, and error rates for all shipped features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven track record of owning at least one feature from idea through to measured production impact.
• Strong full-stack depth in C# / ASP.NET Core and a modern frontend framework (Vue.js, React, or Angular).
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and async messaging (Azure Service Bus).
• Proficiency with SQL Server and NoSQL stores such as Cosmos DB.
• Must be based in the US to align with healthcare system requirements and benefits.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM evaluation disciplines (golden sets, LLM-as-judge, regression detection).
• Knowledge of production agent reliability, state management, and retry/fallback design.
