What you will do

• Build a deep understanding of products, user workflows, and complex data flows.
• Apply shift-left quality practices by engaging early with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to identify risks and shape validation strategies.
• Define quality expectations, validation approaches, and release readiness signals.
• Validate data integrity across the full lifecycle from source systems to final reporting and visualization layers.
• Build and maintain scalable automated testing using Playwright and GitHub Actions.
• Identify and replace manual, repeatable tasks with AI-assisted workflows and agents.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software QA or quality engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright or similar modern automation frameworks.
• Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and TestRail.
• Proven experience with data validation, including verifying correctness, completeness, and freshness.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude Code to improve workflows.
• Strong understanding of regression strategy, defect triage, and release readiness.
