What you will do

• Lead the creation of high-quality, performance-driven visual assets for user acquisition campaigns, social media, and store presence.
• Translate creative strategies and gameplay features into scalable design systems and visual directions.
• Conduct research on competitor creatives and market trends to identify actionable creative opportunities.
• Use performance data and creative insights to proactively improve engagement and conversion.
• Integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows to innovate ideation and production.
• Mentor other designers and provide actionable feedback to elevate overall team output.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in graphic design, performance creative, or marketing design roles.
• Must be based in Hungary
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing digital creative across ads, store assets, and social media.
• Proven ability to lead creative output and provide constructive, actionable feedback to other designers.
• Deep understanding of design fundamentals and performance marketing principles.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools as part of daily creative workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, mobile, or performance-driven environments.
• Familiarity with motion graphics or 3D design tools.
