What you will do

• Lead and oversee the graphic design team to ensure high creative quality across all deliverables.
• Implement and rebuild design production workflows using AI tools and automation to increase scalability and speed.
• Produce and oversee high-volume performance creatives for paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Review and approve internal and freelance design outputs, maintaining strict brand standards.
• Mentor designers in both design craft and AI fluency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with producers and marketers to align on creative priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years in graphic and web design, with at least 2 years in a lead role responsible for creative review.
• Proven experience integrating AI tools (Flux, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion) into real production workflows.
• Expert-level Figma skills, including auto-layout, components, and scalable production systems.
• Experience in performance marketing/user acquisition environments (understanding CTR, CPA, and Spend metrics).
• Experience managing, briefing, and reviewing designers, freelancers, and agencies.
• Must be based in Tbilisi, Bangkok, Yerevan, or Belgrade

Nice to have

• Basic After Effects knowledge for collaboration with motion design teams.
