• Analyze and implement maintenance plan changes to improve F-35 aircraft availability.
• Identify and prioritize maintenance optimization opportunities to reduce life cycle costs.

• Resolve complex system issues and performance bottlenecks within a fast-paced environment.
• Apply Agile principles such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe within a systems engineering framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent industry/technical experience in military aviation.
• US Citizenship required to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with core maintenance, sustainment, and engineering concepts.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with the F-35 program.
• Knowledge of Low Observable, Structures, and Crew escape maintenance concepts.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Strong analytical skills for resolving complex system integration challenges.
