What you will do

• Own the end-to-end creation and delivery of CRM campaigns and automation workflows for millions of global players.
• Identify performance trends through data analysis to optimize workflows and drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Legal teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Partner with creative teams to develop responsive email templates across various devices.
• Coordinate with MarTech teams on audience segmentation, data architecture, and opt-in flows.
• Mentor and guide rotating graduates, managing their daily workflows and performance.

Requirements

• Professional experience in CRM or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of automation workflows and email template development and editing.
• Proven ability to analyze data and create reports to drive business decisions.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, ESPs, and audience segmentation.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland
