What you will do

  • Build and execute end-to-end global marketing strategies across online and offline channels.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, Studio, Product, UA, and Analytics teams.
  • Develop annual and quarterly product marketing plans aligned with business goals and player lifecycle.
  • Analyze campaign performance and player behavior to provide actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Identify new growth engines and emerging platforms to expand audience reach.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance campaign ideation, targeting, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in strategic marketing, brand management, or product marketing.
  • Proven track record of executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and data-driven decision-making processes.
