What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Trading Growth direction, collaborating with Directors of CEX, Web3, and Cross-Asset Services.
• Develop detailed PRDs for user-facing features, from new order ticket UIs to complex CopyTrading discovery algorithms.
• Conduct continuous CustDev and usability testing with retail traders to identify and resolve friction points in the terminals.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Trading Academy teams to launch integrated educational initiatives within the trading experience.
• Align multiple Engineering Managers across Web, Mobile, and Web3 squads to ensure cohesive product delivery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in B2C FinTech, Crypto Exchanges, Trading Platforms, or Neo-banking.
• Deep understanding of retail trader psychology and UX/UI principles for complex dashboards and mobile-first trading.
• Experience launching and scaling Social Trading (CopyTrading), algorithmic trading bots, or staking/yield products.
• Solid grasp of the crypto landscape, including CEX, DEX, Web3 wallets, and cross-chain mechanics.
• Strong expertise in product analytics, A/B testing, and CRO specifically for trading funnels.
• Must be located in Europe.

Nice to have

• Personal experience as an active retail trader in CFDs or Crypto.
• Previous experience migrating users from legacy platforms (like MT4/MT5) to proprietary trading terminals.
