Gifting Experience Account Manager (Loyalty)

Location: Must be based in one of the following US states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KS, MN, MO, NE, NY, OH, OK, SC, TX, WI. (Employees in KS or MN are required to be in office part-time).

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

What you will do

• Build deep client partnerships to understand brand objectives and guide them toward thoughtful gifting strategies.
• Translate client needs into creative, experience-aligned gifting solutions, including onsite experiential environments.
• Lead sourcing efforts across a wide range of products and partner with internal teams and vendors for cohesive proposals.
• Own projects from concept to final execution, managing timelines, budgets, and delivery.
• Proactively communicate throughout the project lifecycle and resolve real-time challenges.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a client-facing role within gifting, promotional products, or a related space.
• 2+ years of experience leading gifting product programs end-to-end (strategy, sourcing, and execution).
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Must be based in one of the specified US states (CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KS, MN, MO, NE, NY, OH, OK, SC, TX, WI).
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
