What you will do

• Own the end-to-end financial experience for Core, Plus, and Pro tiers, building responsive interfaces and component logic.
• Rapidly test concepts and remove the gap between hypothesis and production using AI-forward development tools.
• Implement fluid interactions, elegant data visualizations, and predictable state management in React/TypeScript.
• Drive the evolution of the Pro product to handle property management at scale, addressing variable data and edge cases.
• Collaborate across the organization to ensure interface decisions improve conversion, feature adoption, and retention.
• Elevate the core design system by translating patterns into a robust, accessible, and reusable code library.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building products in B2B, Fintech, or high-growth tech-enabled services.
• Technical fluency in modern frontend frameworks including React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS architectures.
• Advanced proficiency in leveraging AI development environments for interactive prototyping.
• Strong understanding of financial data flows, including revenue splits, accounting logic, and tax reporting.
• Must be based in the U.S. (excluding D.C. and Hawaii) by the first day of employment.
