What you will do

• Take ownership of the full software lifecycle from design and implementation to deployment and support.
• Deliver maintainable, reliable, and well-tested frontend solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend engineers and product stakeholders.
• Transition into a Team Lead role, balancing 60% hands-on development with 40% leadership and coordination.
• Align engineering teams around delivery goals and technical priorities.
• Mentor team members and contribute to delivery planning and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Swiss or European citizenship, or a valid Swiss work permit required.
• Strong experience with Vue3 and modern frontend frameworks.
• Extensive experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Proficiency with the JavaScript ecosystem including Vite, Node.js, and Vitest.
• Professional proficiency in English required.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with backend systems or full-stack development.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Playwright.
• Experience with GitHub Actions pipelines.
• Knowledge of the financial sector or wealth management.
• Prior experience in mentoring or people management.
