What you will do

• Own and refine the brand voice across campaigns, CRM, and product surfaces.
• Integrate AI tools into research, ideation, and optimization workflows to increase speed and output.
• Transform brand positioning and business objectives into differentiated messaging.
• Write high-performing copy for search, paid social, landing pages, and email.
• Collaborate with Brand, Performance Marketing, PR, Product, and UX teams to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a high standard of craft across both large campaigns and transactional assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in digital, marketplace, or tech environments.
• Native-level English proficiency with exceptional grammar and editorial judgment.
• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal to support a hybrid work model.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to improve creative quality and efficiency.
• Proven experience in digital media writing and understanding of conversion and engagement metrics.
