What you will do

• Monitor daily market risk and manage obligations in the event of clearing member defaults.
• Perform in-depth research and analysis of market, credit, and trading data to identify and mitigate risks.
• Conduct daily assessments of market conditions and credit/liquidity stress testing.
• Maintain risk models using programming skills and financial mathematics.
• Create reports for internal governance committees and prepare responses to regulatory requests.
• Liaise with financial surveillance and other departments regarding counterparty risk profiles.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income, Cash Treasuries, and Repo Markets.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Bloomberg.
• Experience with relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle) and SQL.
• Ability to manipulate large data sets with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Intermediate level of financial analysis knowledge.
• Must be based in New York for this onsite role.
