What you will do

• Own end-to-end media workflows including ingest, tagging, storage, and retrieval.
• Manage live broadcast feeds, original shoot media, and archive materials.
• Ensure all content is logged, organized, and easily searchable for internal and external partners.
• Deliver fast turnaround of priority content, particularly for boxing events.
• Lead archive migration projects and maintain ongoing archive integrity and compliance.
• Develop structured metadata and tracking systems to improve retrieval efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in media management within broadcast, sport, or production environments.
• Strong understanding of live ingest workflows and post-production pipelines.
• Experience managing large-scale media archives and metadata systems.
• Familiarity with content distribution platforms and workflows.
• Ability to work across multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
