Trainee Producer (Audio)

What you will do

• Write creative scripts based on client and programming briefs.
• Produce voice sessions for branded content and on-air programming.
• Use Pro Tools to create station sound, promos, and branded audio content.
• Collaborate closely with branded content teams and senior producers.
• Edit podcast audio to a high standard.
• Build strong working relationships across teams and departments.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or able to commute to the office.
• Passion for audio production and radio.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to learn on the job and develop new production skills.
• Confidence in managing talent.

Nice to have

• Experience operating a radio studio or voice booth.
• Knowledge of Pro Tools or other audio editing suites.
