What you will do

• Lead a creative hub across multiple products, balancing depth and speed in production.
• Develop and implement performance methodology for creative testing, variation logic, and scaling winners.
• Define the AI agenda for creative production, deciding where to leverage automation versus human judgment.
• Grow and mentor a double-digit creative team, including creative leads, producers, and designers.
• Collaborate directly with founders and cross-functional teams in UA, Product, and Growth to align creative strategy with business priorities.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience as Head or Director in performance creative within a mobile/web subscription business.
• Hands-on expertise in performance creative production, research, and variation logic.
• Proven track record of improving win rates and CPA through systematic testing.
• AI fluency with a clear vision for integrating AI into creative workflows.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to manage multiple product environments simultaneously.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
