What you will do

• Lead a globally-dispersed team of programme managers and coordinators to ensure high-quality delivery of executive education.
• Manage supplier relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations to drive operational efficiency.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, ensuring FT standards of excellence.
• Act as the internal expert for troubleshooting finance, contracting, and technology issues across the portfolio.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to streamline operations and enhance participant experience.
• Collaborate with internal service teams (Finance, Product, Tech, HR) and sales/marketing to support growth and consistency.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or able to work onsite 50% of the time.
• Proven experience in commissioning and contracting external parties.
• Strong background in people management, ideally within academic or project management environments.
• Demonstrable experience delivering high-quality virtual, hybrid, and in-person events.
• Strong technology skills, including digital platforms and AI tools.
• Experience with finance, accounting systems, and procurement policies.

• Experience with digital transformation and change management projects.
• Background in executive education, professional development, or media.
