What you will do
- Lead a globally-dispersed team of programme managers and coordinators to ensure high-quality delivery of executive education.
- Manage supplier relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations to drive operational efficiency.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, ensuring FT standards of excellence.
- Act as the internal expert for troubleshooting finance, contracting, and technology issues across the portfolio.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to streamline operations and enhance participant experience.
- Collaborate with internal service teams (Finance, Product, Tech, HR) and sales/marketing to support growth and consistency.
Requirements
- Must be based in London or able to work onsite 50% of the time.
- Proven experience in commissioning and contracting external parties.
- Strong background in people management, ideally within academic or project management environments.
- Demonstrable experience delivering high-quality virtual, hybrid, and in-person events.
- Strong technology skills, including digital platforms and AI tools.
- Experience with finance, accounting systems, and procurement policies.
Nice to have
- Experience with digital transformation and change management projects.
- Background in executive education, professional development, or media.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles or business school partnerships.
