What you will do
- Analyze emerging developments in digital money, including tokenization, stablecoins, and CBDC, translating them into business implications and risks.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with market infrastructures, consortiums, and industry initiatives to strengthen positioning.
- Coordinate innovation pilots and new settlement model initiatives in collaboration with business lines and technology teams.
- Translate complex external market infrastructure developments into clear strategic actions and insights for internal stakeholders.
- Assess next-generation settlement infrastructures and provide strategic recommendations for internal adoption.
Requirements
- Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience in financial market infrastructures or payments.
- Proven knowledge of digital assets, tokenization, and settlement models.
- Experience translating high-level strategy into tangible business impact within complex environments.
- Proficiency in analytical tooling (e.g., Excel) and experience in stakeholder coordination.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
