TL;DR

Knowledge and Learning Intern (AI): Supporting the LINK Unit in synthesizing project results and lessons learned to build organizational track records with an accent on knowledge management and documentation. Focus on conducting research, interviewing stakeholders, and exploring AI tools for summaries and animations.

Location: Hybrid (The Hague, Netherlands). Must be enrolled in a Dutch educational institution and have the legal right to live and work in the Netherlands.

Salary: €450 monthly allowance

What you will do

• Conduct background research and review project documents to identify main activities and results.
• Interview project and unit representatives to extract key lessons and experience.
• Synthesize collected information into appealing summaries and thematic track records.
• Explore the use of AI tools for creating summaries and animations.
• Support the development of knowledge repositories and participate in brainstorming sessions.
• Assist with event organization, webinar logistics, translation, and editing.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree at a Dutch educational institution (HBO or university level).
• Legal right to live and work in the Netherlands.
• Study field in communications, knowledge management, monitoring and evaluation, or related disciplines.
• Strong research, writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is an advantage.
• Less than 3 years of relevant full-time work experience.
