Senior Test Systems Engineer

TL;DR

What you will do

• Lead and support application, system, and integration testing across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agency programs.
• Execute testing of applications and APIs within DevOps pipelines using established QA standards.
• Develop and execute manual and automated test cases using scripting and programming languages.
• Perform independent integration testing of software and hardware systems to validate compliance.
• Support identification, analysis, and resolution of system defects discovered during testing.
• Communicate test results and system issues to engineering and government stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience in systems integration, testing, or engineering in large-scale environments.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA practices.
• Experience working in Agile, DevOps, and traditional development environments.
• Previous Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) program experience.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with tools such as JMeter, Jenkins, Docker, Postman, Swagger, and GitHub/GitLab.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, Bash, SQL, XML, JSON, and Curl.
• Experience with AWS and C2S environments.
• Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
