What you will do

• Define and evolve the technical vision and architecture for next-generation conversational assistants across multiple teams.
• Drive adoption of scalable patterns for agentic AI, including orchestration, memory, tool use, and multi-channel consistency.
• Design and productionize GenAI-powered customer support systems, covering agent frameworks, guardrails, and observability.
• Build reusable platform capabilities that enable teams to deploy and iterate on conversational experiences reliably.
• Provide cross-organizational technical leadership to identify ecosystem gaps and define integration standards.

Requirements

• Strong system design skills, specifically in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and high-throughput data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based pipelines or agentic AI patterns (routing, state machines, multi-agent coordination).
• Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in ML evaluation methodologies to measure AI system performance.
• Location: Must be based in Berlin, Bucharest, Warsaw, or Tallinn.
