What you will do

• Design and build LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, agentic systems, and custom data pipelines.
• Engineer production-grade AI solutions using deep knowledge of AI tooling and architecture.
• Collaborate directly with customers to provide strategic guidance and technical expertise.
• Rapidly prototype AI solutions to demonstrate capabilities to clients.
• Own the vision for AI operations implementation, bringing end-to-end workflows to production.
• Manage stakeholder alignment and translate business challenges into actionable technical plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AI/ML deployment and system engineering.
• Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents.
• Strong proficiency in AI frameworks and cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be located in Europe (specifically Albania, Poland, or Romania)
