Location: Must reside in or be able to relocate to Paris (France) or London (UK). Hybrid work (at least 3 days per week in office).

What you will do

• Define and execute a comprehensive documentation strategy aligned with product roadmaps and business objectives.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of technical writers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure documentation supports onboarding and customer success.
• Partner with Engineering to adopt a "docs-as-code" approach, embedding documentation early in the development lifecycle.
• Establish and enforce guidelines for tone, structure, and accessibility across APIs, SDKs, tutorials, and release notes.
• Track and analyze documentation effectiveness through metrics and user feedback.

Requirements

• 7+ years in technical writing or developer education.
• 4+ years of experience leading teams or defining documentation strategies.
• Proficiency in Markdown, Git, and technical CMS (e.g., Docusaurus, Sphinx).
• Fluent English proficiency (primary working language).
• Must be based in or open to relocating to Paris, France or London, UK.

• Experience with AI/ML concepts.
• Background in scale-up or open-source environments.
• Knowledge of GDPR and European documentation standards.
• French language skills.
