What you will do

• Define and own the enterprise phased delivery methodology for large-scale AI data center campuses.
• Serve as the senior integrator across real estate, construction, commissioning, facilities, and IT deployment teams.
• Establish operational acceptance criteria for spaces transitioning from construction to production.
• Integrate liquid cooling readiness requirements into the phased delivery strategy.
• Identify and mitigate risks introduced by phased occupancy and partial turnover models.
• Develop playbooks, templates, and governance frameworks for repeatable global deployment.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in data center delivery, mission-critical infrastructure, or technical program management.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to export control regulations.
• Expert-level understanding of mission-critical MEP systems, commissioning, and integrated systems testing.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional execution in highly interdependent, complex environments.
• Experience delivering complex facilities in phased, partially complete, or live-site conditions.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to drive alignment across organizational boundaries.

Nice to have

• Experience with hyperscale, colocation, or AI/HPC data center deployments.
• Background in liquid cooling infrastructure and high-density compute environments.
• Experience developing enterprise standards or delivery governance frameworks across multiple regions.
