TL;DR

Sales Executive (Betting and Gaming): Driving revenue growth for the BnG practice by delivering AI-Native transformation and software engineering solutions for Tier 1 and Tier 2 operators with an accent on platform modernization and compliance-by-design. Focus on building high-value partnerships and leveraging an established network of senior industry executives to accelerate new-logo growth.

Location: UK-based, with the ability to travel within the UK, EU, and occasionally the US

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the Betting & Gaming (BnG) practice.
  • Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities with Tier 1 and Tier 2 operators, platform providers, and B2B suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CxO and VP level executives, serving as a trusted advisor on AI and data offerings.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, coordinating PoCs and fixed-price MVPs.
  • Stay current on industry trends, including the UK Gambling Act review, AI in regulated environments, and crypto/tokenization.
  • Manage contract negotiations and activate AWS co-sell motions to leverage partner funding.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of enterprise technology sales or IT consulting experience within the betting and gaming sector.
  • Deep domain understanding of the regulated gambling industry, including UKGC, MGA, and US state regulators.
  • Proven track record of winning Tier 1 BnG operators (e.g., Entain, Bet365, DraftKings) as new clients.
  • An established personal network of senior decision-makers (CTOs, CPOs, VPs) within the BnG sector.
  • Must be UK-based with the ability to travel within the UK, EU, and occasionally the US.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business benefits.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI-driven personalization, LLMs, and agentic AI in regulated workflows.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native sportsbook and casino architectures and AWS-based engineering.
