What you will do

• Extend agent capabilities and add new product features to improve user experience.
• Improve collaboration between AI agents and human experts by evolving hybrid workflows.
• Contribute to agent infrastructure, including tools, environments, and third-party integrations.
• Design and implement observability metrics for agent quality and system reliability.
• Develop and maintain production services using Python.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with advanced Python proficiency.
• At least 2 years of experience building and launching autonomous AI agents.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience with Java or C++.
• Fluency in English at B2 level or above.
• Strong background in architecting high-scale backend systems.
• Deep enthusiasm for AI and disciplined engineering standards.

Nice to have

• Strong foundation in machine learning from academic research or industry practice.
• Proven success in deploying sophisticated LLM-based applications in production.
• Practical knowledge of orchestration technologies and agentic development frameworks.
