What you will do

• Build and maintain integrations with third-party HR, payroll, POS, and scheduling systems.
• Leverage AI tools as a core part of the development lifecycle to learn faster and ship code.
• Collaborate with the platform team to build shared infrastructure including authentication flows and sync engines.
• Map and transform data between different schemas to ensure seamless information flow.
• Partner with product and customer success teams to troubleshoot integration issues and explain technical constraints.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in software development or a strong portfolio of projects.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Must be based within European time zones.
• Strong understanding of APIs, REST, and JSON.
• Startup or scale-up mindset with a focus on shipping over perfection.
• Genuinely AI-native approach to daily development tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Knowledge of MongoDB.
• Familiarity with OAuth or webhook-based integrations.
• Background in HR, payroll, or POS systems.
