What you will do

• Manage passenger acquisition and retention KPIs for the country.
• Lead a matrix-structured marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, including media and car branding strategies.
• Oversee country marketing budget processes and performance analysis.
• Generate and test growth hacking hypotheses to drive business expansion.
• Develop brand positioning based on local insights and global guidelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital consumer marketing experience in a global company.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Fluent English and Spanish proficiency (Resume must be submitted in English).
• Experience working with mobile products, preferably in ride-hailing or tech.
• Proven track record in project management and agency coordination.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop market insights.
