What you will do

• Lead assigned security teams across patrol, operations, and retail functions to achieve operational goals.
• Author and maintain written protocols and procedures for security functions and geographic areas.
• Oversee technical security systems, including CCTV, card access, and emergency systems.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle for team staff, including hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Develop project management plans for new security processes implemented across the company portfolio.
• Communicate security activities and findings to various levels of organizational management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in leadership or project management roles.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable means of transportation required.
• Strong conflict resolution, listening, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential physical functions of the job.
