Technical Manager (.NET)

Technical Manager (.NET): Driving the evolution and modernization of core technology platforms with an accent on system architecture, legacy system modernization, and API standards. Focus on transitioning monolithic architectures to modular services and implementing secure Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks.

Location: Hybrid in Limassol, Cyprus (3 days office, 2 days home)

What you will do

• Define and maintain technical architecture vision for core platforms including Client Area, CRM, and Trading Platforms.
• Lead the modernization of legacy monolithic systems into modular or service-based architectures.
• Design API architecture standards to optimize internal and external integrations.
• Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture for secure authentication and authorization.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Cloud/Security teams to ensure architectural alignment.
• Provide technical mentorship and produce comprehensive architecture documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development and system architecture.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies.
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Manager or in a similar architectural role.
• Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Proven experience with large-scale distributed architectures and legacy modernization.

Nice to have

• Experience with event-driven design and system decoupling.
• Knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, SSO, and RBAC.
• Understanding of cloud-based architectures and modern infrastructure practices.
