What you will do

• Own and evolve the architecture of a specific product domain within the hirify.global Cloud Platform.
• Translate product and domain requirements into clear architectural designs and implementation approaches.
• Define service boundaries, domain models, data flows, and integration contracts in line with platform standards.
• Drive key architectural decisions regarding API design, persistence, reliability, and performance.
• Ensure the domain architecture supports scalability, reliability, and observability.
• Collaborate with platform architects and senior/staff engineers to align on cross-cutting decisions and shared interfaces.

Requirements

• Strong experience in software engineering and system design with a track record of working on complex systems.
• Experience owning architecture within a product or domain, balancing delivery needs with long-term sustainability.
• Ability to align product needs with platform capabilities and negotiate technical trade-offs.
• Proficiency in facilitating architectural decision-making across partner teams.
• Ability to work effectively in an environment where processes and standards are still being formed.

Nice to have

• Experience designing product architectures that operate in cloud environments and integrate with multiple systems.
• Strong skill in reasoning about architectural trade-offs (e.g., time-to-market vs. correctness).
• Ability to drive team convergence on solutions through collaboration.
