What you will do

• Manage and improve the local Quality Management System (QMS) including context analysis, management reviews, internal/third-party audits.
• Train and coach local process owners on quality processes, policies, and mindset.
• Handle quality processes such as documentation, customer complaints, nonconformities, and continuous improvement.
• Manage internal, supplier, and client audit programs, ISO 9001 compliance, and related CAPA.
• Support sales and engineering in contract reviews, perform product quality inspections, and prepare shipment documentation.
• Lead customer claims management and supplier nonconformities with CAPA implementation.

Requirements

• Location: Spain
• Degree qualified Engineer (BEng, MEng or equivalent), ideally pursuing professional membership like MIMechE or CEng.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (written/spoken)
• Technical skills: MS Office, MS Outlook, CAD, FEA, CFD.
• People skills: active listening, flexibility, responsibility, collaboration, autonomy, proactiveness, effective communication.
