What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of AI agents, from vague problem definition to production deployment.
• Drive rapid prototyping and experimentation to validate ideas and unlock new AI opportunities.
• Guide the team's technical direction, priorities, and execution rhythm.
• Support and mentor engineers while keeping the team focused on outcomes and technical feasibility.
• Explore and evaluate new AI technologies, models, and agentic patterns with critical judgment.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in software engineering and applied AI/ML.
• Hands-on experience in AI engineering, ML, LLMs, and building AI agents.
• Proven ability to lead technical work in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
• Strong communication skills, able to adapt technical messages for executives and product teams.
