What you will do

• Conduct regulatory analysis for the implementation of hard and light cashless systems.
• Review and negotiate contracts with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), acquirers, and payout partners.
• Collaborate with tax and LBP teams to ensure commercial efficiency and mitigate labor law risks.
• Provide legal support and regulatory analysis for the launch of digital wallets.
• Audit existing PSP contracts and establish best practices for future agreements.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of PQE, with at least 3 years focused on payments, fintech, or financial services regulation.
• Working knowledge of payments and e-money regulation across multiple regions.
• Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating core payments contracts.
• Proven ability to advise product, finance, and tax stakeholders on market entries and product launches.
• Full professional fluency in Russian and English.
• Law degree and admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
