What you will do

• Conceptualize and execute the architecture of a platform targeting creators and consumers.
• Implement diverse gameplay mechanics and client/server components.
• Optimize performance for mobile playback on iOS, Android, and AR glasses.
• Develop in-house pipelines to improve code, artwork, and QA output.
• Review pull requests and contribute to team growth and mentorship.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development with high-level languages.
• 3+ years of experience with Unity or similar engines with multiple shipped products.
• Strong understanding of real-time performance optimization.
• Problem-solving mindset with a high level of ownership.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Berlin.
