TL;DR

Senior HTML5 Game Developer (iGaming): Building and optimizing high-quality online casino slot games with an accent on performance, visual fidelity, and seamless integration of animations. Location: Must be based within the Central European Timezone +/- 2 hours

What you will do

  • Translate game design documents into functional HTML5 game presentations.
  • Implement game features and logic using TypeScript and PixiJS.
  • Integrate static art, Spine animations, and particle effects while ensuring optimal performance.
  • Manage code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and rigorous code reviews.
  • Optimize game builds using Webpack and ensure efficient network communication via HTTP/WebSockets.
  • Collaborate closely with producers, tech artists, and QA to meet development milestones.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of overall development experience, including at least 3 years in game development.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Must be located within the Central European Timezone +/- 2 hours.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6), and HTML5/CSS3.
  • Extensive experience with PixiJS, Phaser, or equivalent game engines.
  • Experience with Spine animations and asset optimization.

Nice to have

  • Experience with WebGL or other graphics programming APIs.
  • Background in statically typed languages.
  • Passion for playing casino slot games.
