TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role based in Sydney; note that US-based applicants must be eligible for E-Verify.

What you will do

  • Conduct investigation and analysis of automated software within customer environments.
  • Support incident response and threat detection efforts.
  • Utilize various analytical tools to investigate automated threats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide advice on complex investigations and inquiries.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security roles.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted analysis, agents, or coding in security practices.
  • Experience identifying and mitigating security risks in web environments.
  • Solid understanding of security frameworks, incident response, and threat intelligence.
  • Knowledge of analytical security tools like Splunk, ElasticSearch, SQL, or NoSQL.
  • Fundamental knowledge of web technologies including TCP, HTTP/S, WebSockets, and browser architectures.

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
