What you will do

• Build and ship backend services in Go, owning the entire lifecycle from the first commit to production.
• Collaborate daily in cross-functional teams with iOS, Android, Web, Product, Design, and Data engineers.
• Develop and maintain a shared platform that serves as the foundation for all product squads.
• Iterate rapidly on features, learning from failures to accelerate product progress.
• Integrate AI tools and practices into the coding and shipping workflow.

Requirements

• Up to 5 years of experience as a Backend Engineer (experience with Go or other typed languages).
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on clear communication and teamwork.
• Strong desire to learn Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and event-sourced architecture at scale.
• Comfort or curiosity with cloud-native tooling, specifically Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• High level of ownership and a drive for continuous professional growth.
