Salary: $118,000 — $219,200 CAD

What you will do

• Lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization of the hirify.global Data Platform for Enterprise and Commercial accounts.
• Conduct recovery simulations and apply the Data Resilience Maturity Model (DRMM) to report resilience posture.
• Analyze usage and environment to identify migration opportunities and mitigate churn risks.
• Engage CISO/CIO stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business outcomes and risk signals.
• Build business cases and define TCO to articulate value propositions for account expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales and CS leadership to influence pricing and renewal terms.

Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles focused on data backup and recovery.
• Bilingual proficiency in French is required.
• Hands-on expertise in operating systems, virtualization, storage, scripting, and cloud platforms.
• VMCE certification required (can be completed post-hire).
• Strong experience in designing protection plans and executing recovery simulations.
• Ability to engage executive stakeholders (CISO/CIO) and synthesize complex technical signals.

Nice to have

• AWS Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional) certification.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator or Solutions Architect Expert certification.
