What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a Technical Integration / Seller Onboarding team of approximately 8 people.
• Drive the strategic evolution of technical seller onboarding focusing on scalability, automation, and quality.
• Use KPIs, business reviews, and performance reporting to identify growth opportunities and steer strategic initiatives.
• Own the seller onboarding experience (NPS) from a high-level perspective to prioritize high-value initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Product, Tech, Sales, and Customer Success to improve end-to-end processes.

Requirements

• Several years of team leadership experience within a marketplace or platform business.
• Strong understanding of technical integrations, operational scaling, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
• Fluent English communication skills.
