What you will do

• Lead a team developing financial models and analytics platforms across risk and modelling domains.
• Drive delivery of business-critical modelling projects and technology-enabled change initiatives.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust model designs and implementations.
• Enhance model production processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and control.
• Design and implement risk management solutions aligned with regulatory frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to the development capability.

Requirements

• Experience leading financial modelling or quantitative development teams in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of financial modelling and risk analytics, preferably in financial services or insurance.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or VBA.
• Solid mathematical or analytical background for working with complex data and scenarios.
• Experience with modern development tools including Git, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams within an inclusive culture.
