TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Private Markets): Shaping and delivering innovative private markets solutions across real estate and infrastructure with an accent on end-to-end product lifecycle management. Focus on ensuring products remain competitive, compliant, and aligned to client needs through cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Design and deliver new private markets products and enhancements across multiple investment vehicles.
  • Manage product launches by defining scope, timelines, risks, and milestones.
  • Lead governance activities to ensure products meet regulatory, risk, and internal policy requirements.
  • Review product range performance, client outcomes, and commercial viability.
  • Provide expert product insight on structure, regulation, positioning, and operational considerations.
  • Analyze market, competitor, and industry trends to inform future product strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience in private markets product strategy, development, or lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of asset management, including private markets structures and investor needs.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulation, ideally including AIFMD and multi-jurisdictional frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Degree qualified or equivalent.

Nice to have

  • Professional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, or IMC.
