What you will do

• Lead merchant onboarding processes in accordance with acquiring and scheme compliance standards.
• Review and assess KYC, KYB, and underwriting documentation with a focus on risk indicators.
• Collaborate with sales, compliance, and risk teams to optimize onboarding workflows.
• Manage complex onboarding cases, particularly those involving high-risk industries.
• Ensure ongoing alignment with Visa and Mastercard regulatory requirements.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in card acquiring.
• 2+ years of experience in merchant onboarding, underwriting, or KYC roles.
• Background in high-risk industries such as crypto, forex, or adult.
• Solid understanding of card scheme requirements and payments compliance.
• Fluency in English is required.
