What you will do

• Carry out honing, flash lapping, deburring, and machining on various components.
• Operate industrial equipment including mills, lathes, grinders, and drills.
• Perform polishing, blending, and contamination removal.
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Complete required quality checks, audits, and documentation.
• Support component assembly, cleaning, and flow matching processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in honing and flash lapping.
• Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Tewkesbury, GBR.
• Flexibility to work in various manufacturing areas and adjust shift patterns.
