What you will do

• Run daily insurance and health service processes, including claims treatment and invoicing.
• Monitor operational performance, SLAs, and identify risks or areas for improvement.
• Supervise partnerships with external service providers and participate in negotiations.
• Perform quality controls on operations to ensure decision accuracy and identify training needs.
• Implement continuous process improvements and work with product teams on automation.
• Escalate feedback and support initiatives to enhance service delight and efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication in English as well as French or Dutch.
• Must be based in France, Spain, Belgium, or Canada.
• No visa sponsorship provided for this role.
• Proven experience in operations, customer support, or commercial roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to dive into data.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
