What you will do

• Design, build, and operate secure enclave infrastructure for cryptographic workloads including key handling and authorization.
• Develop platform abstractions to make enclave-based deployments reliable and observable for internal teams.
• Evaluate and integrate confidential computing technologies like AWS Nitro Enclaves and GCP Confidential Space.
• Build secure communication patterns between enclaves and external services including attestation and request validation.
• Lead threat modeling, design reviews, and implementation reviews for high-assurance components.
• Mentor senior engineers and influence technical strategy across the Platform organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building production software, infrastructure, or distributed systems.
• Strong programming experience in systems or backend languages such as Rust, Go, C, C++, or Java.
• Deep knowledge of applied cryptography, Linux fundamentals, networking, and process isolation.
• Experience building or operating cloud-native infrastructure and production incident response.
• Ability to reason clearly about trust boundaries, threat models, and defense-in-depth controls.
• Must be able to work in-office at least 10+ days a month for collaboration.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with enclave-based or confidential computing platforms (e.g., Intel SGX, AMD SEV-SNP).
• Experience customizing Linux kernels or building minimal operating environments.
• Background in HSMs, MPC, threshold signing, or blockchain infrastructure.
